Return and Withdrawal Policy

Article 1 – 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 100 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
During this period, the customer must handle the product and its packaging with care.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are damaged.

Article 2 – Withdrawal Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Niro by email or another written communication.
After giving notice, the customer must return the product within 14 days.
The product must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging.

Article 3 – Return Costs and Refunds

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
After receiving the returned product, Niro will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Article 4 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Damaged products or packaging

  • Custom-made or personalized products

Article 5 – Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer must notify Niro within 48 hours of receipt.
Niro will offer a replacement, a refund, or another suitable solution.
In the case of a defective product, return shipping costs will be covered by Niro.
